FX Sales Representative

Your role

Do you have a passion for financial markets? Do you have a knack for numbers and enjoy interacting with clients? We’re looking for someone like you who:

• conducts research to establish and maintain relationships with banks, asset managers, central banks, and hedge funds
• Manages clients, initiates and establishes contacts to identify potential leads
• Identifies and evaluates sales initiatives to achieve personal KPIs and contribute to the team’s success
• Negotiates contracts with the legal department in consultation with the credit, compliance, operations, and trading teams
• Identifies customer needs and offers relevant retail solutions
• has developed sales opportunities and offers a range of FX and precious metals solutions to clients in linear, derivative, and structured forms
• Works closely with the trading team to optimize customer relationships and monitor the sales process
• Responded proactively to inquiries from external clients and internal asset management departments
• engages in trading in foreign exchange and precious metals in the form of derivatives

Your expertise

• At least 7 years of experience in FX/PM
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Swiss institutional market for FX/PM and macro products
• Extensive experience in the OTC market with FX/PM
• Business Development and Relationship Management
• Knowledge of contract negotiation
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong team player who can work in a matrix organization
• Fluent in German and English
• An agile approach to work and an openness to new ideas and ways of working
