FX Sales Representative
UBS is seeking an FX Salesperson with at least 7 years of experience in FX/PM who can build and maintain client relationships to identify and execute sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Swiss institutional market for FX/PM and macro products, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
Your role

We’re looking for someone like you to - Conduct research and build and maintain relationships with banks, asset managers, central banks, and hedge funds - Manage clients and take the initiative to identify potential leads - Identify and evaluate sales initiatives to achieve personal KPIs and drive team success - Negotiate agreements with the legal department, in consultation with the credit, compliance, operations, and trading teams - Identify client needs and offer relevant trading solutions - Develop sales opportunities and offer a range of FX and precious metals solutions to clients in spot, derivative, and structured forms - Work closely with the trading team to optimize client relationships and monitor the sales process - Respond proactively to inquiries from external clients and internal wealth management departments - Execute trading transactions in foreign currencies/precious metals, including derivative productsYour career
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in FX/PM - In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Swiss institutional market for FX/PM and macro products - Extensive experience in FX/PM OTC - Business development and relationship management - Experience in negotiating agreements - Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently - Strong team player capable of collaborating closely with others - Fluent in German and English - Agile work ethic and openness to new challengesWe offer
