Leonteq is looking for an experienced FX trader (forex and precious metals derivatives trader) to drive the development of the FX/precious metals business and manage a portfolio of derivatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the FX and precious metals markets and strong quantitative skills.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced forex and precious metals derivatives trader to join our dynamic trading team and drive the development of the FX/precious metals franchise.Tasks
- Management of a forex and precious metal derivatives portfolio, including exotic products (including parameters, risks, price structure)
- Management of the development of the activity, covering all aspects:
- Product development and distribution with structuring, legal, operations, etc.
- Improving the price structure with quantum and IT
- Development of customer coverage with sales
- Appropriateness of the risk framework with the risk department
Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in trading forex and precious metal derivatives at a financial institution
- Strong understanding of derivatives, pricing models and risk management techniques
- Programming skills in languages such as Python are an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
