FXMM Specialist

Tasks

The FXMM Specialist position encompasses back-office operations for IRS, FX/FX options, FX structures, and money market transactions booked and supported from the booking centers in Hong Kong and Singapore. Daily activities include:

• Professional and accurate execution of tasks
• Ensuring that all guidelines and regulations are followed to prevent errors or losses
• Providing prompt, accurate, and high-quality service to internal customers

Business tasks

Business tasks include:

• Reconciliation of trade confirmations via SWIFT T for FX/FXO and MM transactions
• Reconciliation of long-form confirmations for FX structures and IRS
• Approval of interbank transactions
• Cancellation of IRS transactions and monitoring of IRS fixing and settlement
• Cancellation of loans and deposits
• Processing of exceptional cases for FX and IRS transactions
• Investigation and resolution of trade discrepancies and cash errors
• Participation in process reviews and implementation of workflow improvements and UAT testing

Regulatory responsibilities and risk management

The position also includes regulatory responsibilities and risk management.

• Professional and technical requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 2 years of experience in the FXMM field
  • Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messages (MT3 and 6 series, pacs.009, camt.056/57/58) is an advantage.
