FXMM Specialist

Job description

Back office operations for IRS, FX/FX options, FX structures, and money market transactions booked and supported from the Hong Kong and Singapore booking centers. Perform daily activities professionally and accurately, ensuring that all policies and regulations are followed to avoid errors or losses.

Tasks

• Providing prompt, accurate, and high-quality services to internal customers
• Reconciliation of trade confirmations via SWIFT T for FX/FXO and MM transactions
• Reconciliation of long-form confirmations for FX structures and IRS
• Approval of interbank MM transactions
• Processing the unwinding of IRS transactions and monitoring IRS fixing and settlement
• Processing of early terminations and reversals of loans and deposits
• Processing of exception queues for FX/IRS transactions
• Investigation and resolution of trade discrepancies and cash interruptions
• Participation in process reviews and implementation of workflow improvements and UAT testing, if necessary

Requirements

• Personal and social: conscientious and accurate in performing tasks, able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and technical: Degree or higher, at least 2 years of experience in the FXMM field, knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO20022 messages (MT3 and 6 series, pacs.009, camt.056/57/58) is an advantage.
