Location

• Wilmington, Delaware

Tasks

• Demonstrate product and functional knowledge of the loan and fixed income businesses, as well as structured products and other asset classes.
• Improve execution to boost efficiency and effectiveness of alternative investment business.
• Work together with internal cross-functional teams (including technology, operations, and finance) and external collaborators, to facilitate growth initiatives through innovation, technology implementation, and process improvement.
• Lead the settlement process of loan syndications, secondary loan trades, direct lending.
• Maintain the investment book of record by researching and resolving discrepancies in daily cash and position reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Information Systems, or Accounting is preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in portfolio management, accounting, operations, and/or other areas with exposure to private markets and the investment management industry.
• Project management experience is preferred.
