• Supporting our customers with banking advice, sales, teller services, and digital channels
• Advice on checking accounts and account balances, as well as insurance products; targeting the promotion of banking products to the appropriate customer segments
• Processing customer inquiries and filing customer documents, handling phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks
• Responsibility for quality assurance and consolidation of the preparation of the transfer file from the customer card
