- Joint management by Group Executive Management (GEM) and Group Management Board (GMB): preparation and follow-up, agenda management, minute-taking, monitoring of pending issues, and maintenance of GEM decisions
- Ensure confirmation of appointments with key decision-makers—including fine-tuning of agendas, quality control of documents, and breakout space administration.
- Coordination of the governance table in close cooperation with the PV Office
- GEM and VR reporting: Monthly GEM reporting including templates, finance updates, and reporting to the board of directors
- Providing targeted support to the CEO and GEM Office: Preparing CEO GEM info sessions, managing audit projects; coordinating/controlling and steering CEO generations
Your profile
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with complex management, governance, and back-office topics
- Analytical and structured thinking skills and enjoyment of preparing content in a clear, precise, and audience-appropriate manner
- Strong focus on service and quality, reliability, and an independent way of working
- Confident manner, excellent German and English language skills, and proficiency in MS Office
