Your diverse tasks include:

• Team and leadership management: managing, motivating, and developing a multidisciplinary team, as well as personnel responsibility through recruitment, training, and continuing education
• Sales and marketing: Development and implementation of sales strategies, establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships, and market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
• Business development: Management and expansion of customer portfolios, including cross-selling and upselling, as well as maintenance of a network of business partners and brokers
• Representation and communication: Representing the insurance company at regional events and communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and handle complaints.
• Administrative tasks: Preparing legally required reports on business activities and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and internal regulations
• Innovation and digitalization: Promotion and implementation of digital solutions for process optimization and improvement of customer service, as well as implementation of innovative approaches to increase the agency's competitiveness.

Requirements
