Tasks
- Team leadership and management: leading, motivating and promoting a multidisciplinary team as well as personnel development through recruitment, training and further education
- Sales and marketing: development and implementation of sales strategies, development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Business development: managing and expanding the client portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling, as well as maintaining a network of business partners and brokers
- Representation and communication: Representing the insurance company at regional events and communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and handle complaints
- Administrative tasks: Preparation of regular reports on business activities and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Innovation and digitalization: promoting and implementing digital solutions to optimize processes and improve customer service, as well as implementing innovative approaches to increase the agency's competitiveness
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading and motivating sales teams
- Completed university degree, federal certificate in insurance or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong network within the insurance industry
- Openness to change and digital developments
