Vaudoise is looking for a committed and dynamic personality as General Agent South-Eastern Switzerland to succeed the previous incumbent and actively contribute to the further development and sustainable success of the General Agency. The position includes team management, sales, marketing, business development and representation.
Job description
Tasks
- Team leadership and management: leading, motivating and promoting a multidisciplinary team and developing staff through recruitment, training and development
- Sales and marketing: development and implementation of sales strategies, development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Business development: managing and expanding the client portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling, as well as maintaining a network of business partners and brokers
- Representation and communication: Representing the insurance company at regional events and communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and handle complaints
- Administrative tasks: Preparation of regular reports on business activities and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Innovation and digitalization: promoting and implementing digital solutions to optimize processes and improve customer service, as well as implementing innovative approaches to increase the agency's competitiveness
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading and motivating sales teams
- Completed university degree, federal certificate in insurance or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong network within the insurance industry
- Openness to change and digital developments
