Vaudoise is looking for a committed and dynamic personality to succeed the current position holder as General Agent for South-Eastern Switzerland, who has experience in managing sales teams and ideally in the insurance industry. The position offers a varied working environment with creative freedom and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development and success of the general agency.
Job description
Tasks
- Teamführung und -management: Leitung, Motivation und Förderung eines multidisziplinären Teams sowie Personalentwicklung durch Rekrutierung, Schulung und Weiterbildung
- Sales and marketing: development and implementation of sales strategies, development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Geschäftsentwicklung: Verwaltung und Ausbau des Kundenportfolios, inklusive Cross-Selling und Upselling, sowie Pflege eines Netzwerks von Geschäftspartnern und Maklern
- Representation and communication: Representing the insurance company at regional events and communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and handle complaints
- Administrative Aufgaben: Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über Geschäftstätigkeiten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien
- Innovation and digitalization: promoting and implementing digital solutions to optimize processes and improve customer service, as well as implementing innovative approaches to increase the agency's competitiveness
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Verkaufsteams
- Completed university degree, federal certificate in insurance or equivalent qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong network within the insurance industry
- Openness to change and digital developments
