Tasks
- Handling of written inquiries received by e-mail or via our referral portal
- Autonomous processing of customer inquiries and opening of online accounts
- Clarification of questions by telephone with customers, in particular on compliance issues
- Flexible processing in other communication channels as required
Requirements
- Basic commercial training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
- Very good knowledge of French (reading, writing, speaking) and ideally good knowledge of German
- High flexibility in communication in different channels and interaction in different business areas
- Affinity for digital technologies
