Tasks

  • Handling of written inquiries received by e-mail or via our referral portal
  • Autonomous processing of customer inquiries and opening of online accounts
  • Clarification of questions by telephone with customers, in particular on compliance issues
  • Flexible processing in other communication channels as required

Requirements

  • Basic commercial training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
  • Very good knowledge of French (reading, writing, speaking) and ideally good knowledge of German
  • High flexibility in communication in different channels and interaction in different business areas
  • Affinity for digital technologies
