HR Generalist
Walliser Kantonalbank is seeking a Generalist HR for a 9-month project in which the candidate will support the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources and strong administrative and communication skills.
Tasks
- Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will support all stages of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, career development, occupational health, reorganization, performance evaluation, etc. - Within the Human Resources department, you will actively contribute to improving cross-functional HR processes, including salary policy, training and skills development, succession and mobility, administration, control, legal matters, and indicator monitoring. - Your role will require you to communicate effectively, both internally on various HR topics.Requirements
- You have training in HR and experience in a generalist HR role with proven skills in HR administration and excellent knowledge of Swiss legal requirements.
- You are familiar with HR administrative processes and are proficient in payroll and social insurance processing.
- With strong analytical skills and a sense of responsibility, you quickly grasp complex situations while ensuring the confidentiality of the matters at hand, and you come up with innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
