HR Generalist

Job description

Generalist HR, 9-month fixed-term contract. Seeking a dynamic, optimistic, and experienced HR professional. This assignment is the ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about their field, versatile, and resourceful.

Tasks

- Working closely with HR Business Partners to support every stage of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, career development, workplace health, reorganization, performance reviews, etc. - Actively contributing to the improvement of cross-functional HR processes: compensation policy, training and skills development, succession planning and mobility, administration, monitoring, legal matters, and performance metric tracking. - Effective communication, both internally and externally, on various HR topics.

Requirements

• Training in human resources and experience in a generalist HR role, with proven skills in HR administration and excellent knowledge of Swiss labor laws.
• Knowledge of HR administrative processes and proficiency in payroll and social security accounting.
• Analytical skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly grasp complex situations, while maintaining confidentiality and providing innovative solutions for all parties involved.
• A team-oriented and collaborative spirit, enabling you to be a full-fledged member of the HR team.
