HR Generalist

The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a candidate for the position of "Généraliste RH" in Sion to support the HR department in a digital transformation project. The position is limited to 9 months and requires experience in human resources as well as strong communication and analytical skills.

Tasks

Specifically?
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will support all stages of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, career development, occupational health, reorganization, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Within the Human Resources department, you will actively contribute to improving cross-functional HR processes, including salary policy, training and skills development, succession planning and mobility, administration, control, legal matters, and monitoring indicators.
  • Your role will involve deploying effective communication, both internally on various HR topics.

Requirements

  • You have training in HR and experience in a generalist HR role with proven skills in HR administration and excellent knowledge of Swiss legal requirements.
  • You are familiar with HR administrative processes and are proficient in payroll and social insurance processing.
  • With strong analytical skills and a sense of responsibility, you quickly grasp complex situations while ensuring the confidentiality of the matters at hand, and you come up with innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
  • Your team spirit and collaborative nature will make you a valuable member of our HR team.
