HR Generalist

The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a Generalist HR for a 9-month project in which the employee will support the HR department in various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, and personnel development. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and a strong knowledge of Swiss legislation.

Tasks

Specifically, working closely with the HR Business Partners, you will support every stage of the employee lifecycle:
  • recruitment
  • onboarding
  • career development
  • Workplace Health
  • reorganization
  • performance evaluation
As part of the Human Resources department, you will actively contribute to improving cross-functional HR processes:
  • wage policy
  • Training and Skills Development
  • Youth and Mobility
  • administration
  • control
  • legal
  • monitoring of indicators

Requirements

This position is perfect for you if…
  • You have training in HR and experience in a generalist HR role with proven skills in HR administration and excellent knowledge of Swiss legal requirements.
  • You are familiar with HR administrative processes and are proficient in payroll and social insurance processing.
  • With strong analytical skills and a sense of responsibility, you quickly grasp complex situations while ensuring the confidentiality of the matters at hand, and you come up with innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
  • Your team spirit and collaborative nature will make you a valuable member of our HR team.
