Generalist Customer Service 60 - 100 % Customer Center Gümlingen and home officeTasks
- process written requests received by e-mail or via our e-banking portal
- Clarify and conclude customer inquiries by telephone, in writing or by e-mail
- Carry out short simple questions
- Support customers through the digital channel and self-service offerings, e.g. for questions on compliance-related topics
- Helping out in other communication channels as required in the department
Requirements
- basic commercial training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
- Very good written and spoken German and ideally a good knowledge of French
- Good communication skills, also in dealing with demanding customers
- Digital affinity, precise working methods and the ability to remain professional even under increased working time pressure
