Generalist Customer Service 60 - 100 % Customer Center Gümlingen and home office

Tasks

  • process written requests received by e-mail or via our e-banking portal
  • Clarify and conclude customer inquiries by telephone, in writing or by e-mail
  • Carry out short simple questions
  • Support customers through the digital channel and self-service offerings, e.g. for questions on compliance-related topics
  • Helping out in other communication channels as required in the department

Requirements

  • basic commercial training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the financial sector
  • Very good written and spoken German and ideally a good knowledge of French
  • Good communication skills, also in dealing with demanding customers
  • Digital affinity, precise working methods and the ability to remain professional even under increased working time pressure
