Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an experienced real estate manager to oversee the administrative and technical management of its real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a real estate manager and a broad range of skills, including the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and expertise in real estate management.

Vos missions principales

  • Manage the administrative and technical operations of the bank’s real estate portfolio outside of the premises used for banking activities
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the real estate portfolio through a reliable and structured database
  • Actively participate in developing a strategy to reduce the carbon footprint in the management of the assigned fleet
  • Monitor property management contracts
  • Prepare and manage building operating budgets
  • Manage the department's insurance portfolio
  • Actively participate in developing the bank’s real estate strategy
  • Participate in real estate development and enhancement projects

Votre profil

  • Federal Certificate in Property Management
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a property manager
  • Experience in the field of administrative/commercial property management
  • Autonomy, pragmatism, diplomacy, communication, ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of the French language (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Office applications
  • Driver's license and vehicle required
