BCV is looking for a person to head its real estate management, responsible for the operational and strategic management of buildings and properties. The position also includes the development of a carbon footprint reduction strategy and the management of real estate projects.

Job description

Tasks

  • Operational and strategic management of the Bank's buildings and related properties (rental, parking lots) in accordance with internal policy
  • Ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date picture of the real estate portfolio through a reliable and structured database
  • Implementation of the strategy to reduce the carbon footprint in the management of the transferred portfolio
  • Monitoring of management, brokerage and other service contracts
  • Creation and management of operating budgets for the buildings
  • Management of the insurance portfolio under the contracts
  • Active participation in the development of the bank's real estate strategy
  • Management of projects for upgrading and real estate development, as representative of the client

Requirements

  • Federal diploma as a real estate manager or expert or Master's degree in real estate
  • Professional experience in administration and project supervision
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Autonomy, pragmatism, diplomacy, communication skills, priority management
  • excellent knowledge of the French language (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Office applications and project management software, EPIQR+ an advantage
  • Driver's license and vehicle required
