What you can expect

• As a proactive member of our extended management team with strong implementation skills, you will be involved in the entire range of administrative and content-related issues required to manage and lead our foundation (including subsidiaries).
• You will be involved in the further development of the strategic orientation both internally and externally.
• You check incoming transactions for compatibility with the goals and values of our foundation and accompany the information provided to our customers and interested parties.
• You will be responsible for the communication between the Board of Trustees, management, operational units and our internal and external stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Board.
• You support the administrative department in providing written administrative information (responses, confirmations, rulings, etc.)

What you bring with you

• You have a degree from the Canton of Aargau or equivalent and an interest in responsible and sustainable topics.
• You have experience in a comparable management position in a non-profit environment or a public authority.
• Further training at the "Center for Philanthropy Studies" (CAP) is an advantage.
• You have strong communication and cooperation skills and a confident manner when dealing with large stakeholder groups.
• You communicate confidently both verbally and in writing (in German).
