What you can expect:

• Together with your own managing director, you will be responsible for organizational and product development in the Austrian, German, and Swiss markets.
• You act as the central point of contact for customers and sales staff.

Requirements

• You have comprehensive training in economics and management and have several years of professional experience.
• Ideally, you will have practical knowledge of logistics, cash management, or a technical environment.
• You have a high level of expertise in operational and strategic management, in the further development of business models, and in the design of sales structures.
• You impress with your strong customer and communication focus, entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, and clear results orientation.
• Personally, you are characterized by decisiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.

We offer

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the retail sector. The minimum salary for this position is €5,100 gross per month for full-time employment. Remuneration is based on current market rates and takes into account your qualifications and experience.
