Branch Manager (Male or Female)

Job description

We are looking for a woman or a man to manage our local offices in St. Gallen and Wil on a full-time basis. The Swiss National Bank operates five domestic offices. These offices are responsible for processing foreign exchange transactions, supplying banks with cash, and managing foreign exchange reserves; they also perform operational and support functions both in Switzerland and abroad.

Tasks

The team in St. Gallen consists of eleven employees and is organized into two branches. Their responsibilities include:

• Management of our St. Gallen and/or Wil branch(es)
• Spot, central, and/or over-the-counter transactions, as well as the settlement of foreign exchange transactions
• Management, coordination, and development of approximately eleven employees
• Responsibility for operational and financial records, cash management, and risk control
• Extensive contacts with banks, customers, and/or suppliers
