Your new job

- You will be responsible for managing our Olten office, which has 10–15 employees - You will oversee the coordination of our advisory and administrative tasks - You will serve as the point of contact for our clients - You will actively support our clients, coordinate initiatives, and take responsibility for customer service - You ensure that our work processes are followed - You handle administrative tasks, such as invoicing and secretarial duties

Your profile

- You have a business background and are well-versed in the banking or finance industry - You have experience in customer management, ideally in a leadership role - You are familiar with measures to minimize risk and ensure compliance - You are highly communicative, empathetic, and have a good understanding of people and their needs - You are team-oriented, loyal, and have integrity - You express your opinions openly and directly - You are reliable, flexible, and adapt easily to new situations - You are proficient in MS Office and willing to learn new systems
