* Branch Manager in Olten (m/f) 80–100% * You will be responsible for managing our Olten branch, which has 11 employees * You will serve as the point of contact for our customers, listen attentively to their concerns, and impress with your excellent advisory skills * You will develop, implement, and monitor the branch budget and ensure that set goals are met * You will serve as an attractive public face of our company and act as a representative of our firm to the outside world

Your tasks

* You already have leadership experience and are thoroughly familiar with banking processes * Master’s degree in economics or an equivalent degree * At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally with a track record of managing staff * Strong knowledge of banking processes and products * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Strong leadership and collaboration skills
