- Managing and developing the Olten office, which has 10 employees - Overseeing the management of personnel accounts in Production and Administration/Accounting - Coordinating and monitoring administrative processes; Ensuring the quality of our services and products - Close collaboration with departments, in close coordination with management - Participation in strategic projects, taking into account customer and market needsRequirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector; ideally in a leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and standard software
- Excellent communication and language skills in German, English, or French
