Job description

We’re looking for a new challenge and are offering you the opportunity to take on the role of Branch Manager in Olten (m/f) on an 80–100% basis. In this demanding role, you’ll be responsible for managing the Olten branch and will actively support the implementation of our strategic goals.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the Olten office, which has 10 employees
• Coordination of temporary staffing in the branch and retail sectors
• The independent handling of complex loan and deposit products

Requirements

• Experience as a store manager, in store management, or in a similar role
• A degree in business administration or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in client service
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
• Proficiency in German and English
