Job description

We are looking for a branch manager for our office in Olten, to start immediately or on July 1, 2025. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who is attentive to our clients’ needs, open and honest, and excels at engaging with customers over the phone and in person. With your open, positive, and empathetic approach, you will build relationships with your clients based on trust.

Your new job

  • You will be responsible for managing our Olten branch, which has 11 employees
  • You are responsible for customer and sales coaching
  • You are the point of contact for more complex issues
  • You are an important part of our leadership team
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks, such as processing business transactions, as well as coordinating internal processes and projects
  • You are responsible for communication and collaboration with headquarters
  • You play a key role in achieving our strategic goals
  • You are the point of contact for local and state authorities

Your profile

  • You have the appropriate training and are well-versed in the banking or finance industry
  • You have several years of experience in a leadership role
  • You have strong communication and sales skills
  • You have a keen sense of people
  • You are a team player and can lead and support your colleagues
  • You have a good command of MS Office and are willing to learn new specialized applications
  • You are a true go-getter with a strong work ethic and dedication
