Your tasks

• Representation of the bank in public, participation in regional events and all duties of senior management
• Acquiring new customers and clients, recognizing potential and opportunities as well as targeted measures to achieve growth targets
• Needs-oriented advice in all phases of life: Sale of basic and pension products and identification of pension gaps
• Introduction and implementation of new business processes/requirements for the branch office team in close cooperation with the Private Clients team leader
• Ensuring the highest quality standards in advising private clients

Our requirements

• Basic commercial training with completed higher education and further training (e.g. higher technical college)
• Several years of banking experience in retail banking and sales (sales excellence)
• Proven sales talent and pleasure in accompanying customers in the long term
• Language skills: stylistic German, very good knowledge of English, further language skills an advantage
• Very good market knowledge of the Zug economic region
