Tasks

• manage the office in terms of personnel and expertise
• work with the team to drive forward the development and expansion of additional sales and service channels
• be responsible for achieving strategic goals (sales, quality, budget)

Requirements

• a banking-specific or business management education and training (banking diploma, HBF, HWV, FWI etc.)
• up-to-date specialist knowledge and several years of experience in banking and management
• a strong, solution- and process-oriented personality with proven skills
