- Overall responsibility for the Niederhasli office with 13 employees
- Management and further development of a team of customer advisors, customer and sales support as well as clerks in the areas of payment transactions, credit and investment business
- Collaboration in proactive market development and implementation of our marketing strategies
- You are involved in projects for the continuous improvement and optimization of procedures, processes and systems
