- welcoming and assisting SME clients who contact the Business Advisory Center
- Ensuring the administrative processing and follow-up of your inquiries
- assist the consultant with various administrative processes
- help train interns and apprentices
Requirements
- banking training
- 1–2 years of experience working directly with customers or in a call center
- outgoing, results-oriented, articulate
- Excellent command of French, German, or English is a plus
