Administrative Manager, Corporate Division

Tasks

  • welcoming and assisting SME clients who contact the Business Advisory Center
  • Ensuring the administrative processing and follow-up of your inquiries
  • assist the consultant with various administrative processes
  • help train interns and apprentices

Requirements

  • banking training
  • 1–2 years of experience working directly with customers or in a call center
  • outgoing, results-oriented, articulate
  • Excellent command of French, German, or English is a plus
