Your main responsibilities:- welcome and assist SME clients who contact the Business Advisory Center,
- handle the administrative processing and follow-up of their requests,
- support advisors with various administrative processes,
- help train interns and apprentices.
Requirements
Your profile:- banking information,
- 1 to 2 years of experience in direct customer contact or in a call center,
- extroversion, results-oriented, good communication skills,
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of German or English is a plus.
