- to handle the administrative processing and follow-up of their requests
- support advisors with various administrative processes

Requirements
- banking information
- 1 to 2 years of experience working directly with customers or in a call center
- extroversion, results-oriented, articulate
- Excellent command of French, German, or English is a plus
