Administrative Manager, Corporate Division

Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Corporate Administrative Manager to handle client relations and administrative tasks in the corporate banking division. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in client relations, and strong communication skills.

Tasks

Vos missions principales :
  • welcome and assist SME clients who contact the Business Advisory Center,
  • handle the administrative processing and follow-up of their requests,
  • support advisors with various administrative processes,
  • help train interns and apprentices.

Requirements

Votre profil :
  • banking information,
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in direct customer contact or in a call center,
  • extroversion, results-oriented, good communication skills,
  • Excellent command of French; knowledge of German or English is a plus.
