Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for its Retail Division to handle customer inquiries and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or business administration and some experience in the banking sector.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities:
  • handle and process customer inquiries regarding day-to-day operations,
  • handle all administrative aspects related to customer follow-up,
  • support our network of agencies in handling their inquiries by phone and email,
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of service by ensuring that complaints are handled properly.

Requirements

Your profile:
  • formation bancaire ou commerciale,
  • first experience in the banking or financial sector,
  • bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels,
  • a strong interest in IT and administrative fields,
  • organization, speed, versatility, a passion for working with customers,
  • parfaite maîtrise du français.
