BCV is looking for a Gestionnaire avoirs sans nouvelles, who will be responsible for managing customer contacts with whom there is currently no contact. The main tasks include processing customer correspondence, address research, and data updates.

Tasks
- Receipt and prioritization of returned customer correspondence, e.g., due to incorrect addresses
- Conducting address searches to reestablish contact with the customer
- Updating data in the information system, forwarding correspondence, initiating mailings to reestablish contact with the customer
- Monitoring of customer files "without notification" and customers in arrears
- Contribution to the development and updating of the documentation system for activities
Requirements
- Banking training (CFC) or equivalent qualification
- Practical banking experience (an advantage)
- Interest in the IT sector
- Rigorous, autonomous personality with good stress resistance and strong learning abilities
- Perfect command of French, oral command of English
