As a Credit Back-Office Manager, you will develop your analytical and monitoring skills while ensuring seamless coordination with the various departments. Your keen interest in reviewing files will enable you to improve the overall management of credit files. Specifically:- You will process, review, and manage loan applications for individual and business customers.
- You will actively contribute to the proper management of client files (in terms of timeliness, quality, and regulatory compliance) through meticulous data handling and will take appropriate action in the event of potential or actual risks.
- You will collaborate on internal control system tasks and contribute to compliance with credit policy.
- Finally, you will support customer advisors and promote constructive exchanges to achieve win-win results.
Requirements
This position is perfect for you if…- You have a business degree (CFC, Maturité, or equivalent) and several years of relevant experience in a back-office role in the banking credit sector.
- You have a keen sense of priorities and respect for deadlines.
- You have a perfect command of French and also possess strong oral and written German skills; your bilingualism will be a major asset.
- You are proficient with computer software and have strong analytical skills.
- Your excellent social skills are complemented by your positive attitude.
- A rigorous person, you work independently.
