Back Office Credit Manager

Job description

Back-office Credit Manager, 80-100% You have a degree in economics and can combine technical rigor with flexible interpersonal skills to optimize the processing of credit files. As a Back-office Credit Manager, you will use your analytical and monitoring skills and ensure perfect coordination with the various departments.

Tasks

- You will process, check, and manage credit applications for private and business customers. - You will actively contribute to the proper management of customer files (in terms of deadlines, quality, and compliance with regulations) through flawless data processing and take appropriate measures in the event of potential or confirmed risks. - You will collaborate on internal control system (SCI) tasks and contribute to compliance with credit policy. - You will support customer advisors and promote constructive discussions to achieve win-win outcomes.

Requirements

- You have commercial training (CFC, high school diploma, or equivalent) and several years of experience in a back-office role in bank lending. - You have good time and priority management skills. - You have a perfect command of French and good oral and written German skills; bilingualism would be a major advantage. - You are proficient in computer-based tools and have good analytical skills. - Your social skills are complemented by your positive attitude. - You are a reliable person who works independently.
