The position of Gestionnaire back office dépositaire titres at BCV involves controlling and managing securities and cash positions and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The position holder also supports the front office entities and contributes to projects in the securities chain.

Job description

Tasks

  • Monitoring and reconciliation of securities and cash positions held with our banking counterparties
  • Ensuring the proper processing of securities and cash transactions (securities account transfer)
  • Active participation in the further development of processes
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations in relation to the various markets
  • Analysis of the factors of our banking counterparties
  • Support front units in the execution of their transactions to ensure efficient internal/external customer service (repo, transfer or delivery of securities)
  • Contribution to projects in the securities chain

Requirements

  • Bank training
  • Confirmed experience in the banking sector, especially in the securities sector
  • Mastery of common IT tools, especially Excel
  • Open and rigorous personality with initiative, autonomy and strong team spirit
  • Perfect command of French, very good command of English (level B2), German is a plus
