Manager

As a Gestionnaire, you are responsible for processing, checking, and managing credit applications for private and business customers. Your tasks also include maintaining files, complying with regulations, and collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals.

Tasks

  • Processing, monitoring, and managing credit inquiries for personal and business customers
  • Contribute to the proper management of records (in terms of timeliness, quality, and compliance) through accurate data processing and by taking action in response to potential or confirmed risks
  • Cooperation on internal control system (SCI) tasks and compliance with credit policy
  • Supporting customer service representatives and fostering constructive conversations to achieve win-win outcomes

Requirements

  • Business education (CFC, high school diploma, or equivalent) and several years of experience in a back-office role in bank lending
  • A keen sense of time and priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of French and good oral and written German skills (bilingualism is a major advantage)
  • Proficiency in computer tools and strong analytical skills
  • Rigorous and meticulous
