Manager

The job as a gestionnaire involves managing and checking credit applications for private and business customers, as well as maintaining files and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have commercial training, several years of experience in the field of credit management, and a good knowledge of French and German.

Tasks

  • Your responsibilities will involve processing, checking, and managing credit applications for private and corporate customers.
  • You will actively contribute to the proper maintenance of files (in terms of deadlines, quality, and regulatory compliance) by ensuring flawless data processing and taking appropriate measures in the event of potential or actual risks.
  • You will collaborate on internal control system tasks and contribute to compliance with credit policy.
  • Finally, you will support customer advisors and promote constructive exchanges to achieve win-win results.

Requirements

Are you up for the challenge? This position is for you if...
  • You have commercial training (CFC, Maturité, or equivalent) and several years of similar experience in a back-office banking credit sector.
  • You have a keen sense of priorities and respect for deadlines.
  • With a perfect command of French, you also have good oral and written German skills; your bilingualism would be a strong asset.
  • You are proficient in IT tools and have good analytical skills.
  • You are a meticulous person.
