Job description

Tasks

• Mastering tasks related to the operation of the bank's equipment fleet in accordance with the bank's guidelines and rules as well as quality standards,
• Provide support to the front office for ATM management,
• Compile statistics enabling the entity's activity to be monitored, in the form of tables, for the department head.
• Mastering the reconciliation of accounting positions for ATM cash dispensers/change machines, based on information provided by the external service provider.
• Mastering the processing of contracts for the purchase and sale of currencies and precious metals concluded by the Asset Management and Trading division, including complex transactions and their payments, within the set deadlines and in compliance with the rules and procedures in force.
• Mastering the monitoring and control of VAT levied on contracts concluded by the Asset Management and Trading division (wholesale activity),
• Reconcile the Bank's accounting positions in Swiss funds, foreign currencies, and precious metals based on information provided by the external service provider and be able to justify the Bank's overall physical cash position.
• Check the physical condition of cash stocks (banking equipment, CHF, foreign currency, coins, and precious metals) annually, either by sampling or in full (reconciliation of physical stocks vs. accounting positions).
• Handle the return of cards blocked in ATMs.

Requirements

• Banking qualification such as CFC or equivalent,
• Rigour, analytical skills, dynamism, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in standard computer tools (Word, Excel),
• Excellente maîtrise du français.
