Central cashier manager - ATMs
The position of "Gestionnaire caisse centrale - banques automatiques" involves monitoring and managing automated banking machines and processing payment and financial transactions. The incumbent will work closely with the front office and other departments.
Job description
Tasks
- Mastery of tasks related to the operation of ATMs in compliance with the bank's guidelines and rules as well as quality standards
- Supporting the front office in managing ATMs
- Compilation of statistics for monitoring the unit's activities in the form of tables for the service manager
- Mastery of the reconciliation of balance sheet items for ATMs and cash dispensers/currency exchange machines based on information provided by the external provider
- Proficiency in processing purchase and sale agreements for currencies and precious metals concluded by the Asset Management and Trading department, including complex transactions and their payments within the specified deadlines and in compliance with applicable rules and procedures
- Monitoring and control of value added tax (VAT) collected by the Asset Management and Trading department on completed contracts (wholesale activity)
- Reconciliation of the bank's balance sheet items relating to Swiss funds, foreign currencies, and precious metals based on information provided by the external provider and justification of the bank's physical cash holdings
- Annual review of the physical condition of liquid assets (ATMs, CHF, ME, metal money, and precious metals) through random sampling or complete checks (reconciliation of physical inventory vs. balance sheet items)
- Processing the return of blocked cards in ATMs
Requirements
- Banking training of type CFC or equivalent
- Rigor, analytical mind, dynamism, autonomy, and team spirit
- Proficiency in standard computer tools (Word, Excel)
- Very good knowledge of French
