Job description: Real estate portfolio manager
Tasks:
- Ensures the operational administrative and technical management of the bank's real estate portfolio outside of the premises specific to banking activities.
- Maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the real estate portfolio through a reliable and structured database.
- Actively participate in the implementation of the carbon footprint reduction strategy in the management of the entrusted fleet.
- Supervises management mandates
- Establishes and manages building operating budgets
- Manages the department's insurance portfolio
- Actively participate in developing the bank's real estate strategy
- Participate in real estate development and enhancement projects
Requirements:
- Federal certificate in property management
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a property manager
- Experience in the field of administrative/commercial property management
- Autonomy, pragmatism, diplomacy, communication, ability to manage priorities
- Excellent knowledge of the French language (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Office applications
- Driver's license and vehicle required
