Job description: Real estate portfolio manager

Tasks:

  • Ensures the operational administrative and technical management of the bank's real estate portfolio outside of the premises specific to banking activities.
  • Maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the real estate portfolio through a reliable and structured database.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the carbon footprint reduction strategy in the management of the entrusted fleet.
  • Supervises management mandates
  • Establishes and manages building operating budgets
  • Manages the department's insurance portfolio
  • Actively participate in developing the bank's real estate strategy
  • Participate in real estate development and enhancement projects

Requirements:

  • Federal certificate in property management
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a property manager
  • Experience in the field of administrative/commercial property management
  • Autonomy, pragmatism, diplomacy, communication, ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of the French language (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Office applications
  • Driver's license and vehicle required
