Supplies, Mail, and Document Management Administrator
The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a Supply Manager, Mail, and Document Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing mail, archiving, and office supplies, and ensuring the smooth flow of data. The position is a 60% role through December 15, 2026, and requires strong organizational skills and a dynamic approach to meet the demands of the position.
Tasks
- You will be responsible for handling all incoming mail (letters, packages, faxes) and ensuring that it is properly scanned before internal distribution. - You will be one of the people responsible for the archiving software, including workflow management, equipment maintenance, internal training, and quality control of the archive. - You will assist with reprographics and mailing activities to ensure the seamless distribution of our external communications. - For activities related to the supply department, you will actively contribute to the management of equipment and supplies (purchasing, storage, distribution, and recycling). - Finally, you will oversee and monitor the department’s activities (statistics, inventories, data updates, etc.).Requirements
- You stand out for your attention to detail and the care you take in your work—quality and precision are important to you. - You have a business education (CFC or high school diploma) and experience in mail management, document management systems (DMS), and supply management (knowledge of the banking sector would be an asset). - As a French speaker, your language skills enable you to handle German-language documentation accurately. - A driver’s license would be helpful for this role, and proficiency with computer tools is essential. - As a dynamic and independent individual, you thrive on actively supporting the smooth operation of the organization.We offer
