Supplies, Mail, and Document Management Administrator
The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a Supply, Mail, and Document Management Administrator who will be responsible for managing mail, archiving, and supplies, and who will play a key role in internal support. The successful candidate will work 60% of their time in Sion until December 15, 2026.
Tasks
Specifically?- You will be responsible for all incoming mail (letters, packages, faxes) and ensure that it is properly scanned before internal distribution.
- You are one of the people responsible for the archiving software, including managing workflows, maintaining the equipment, conducting internal training, and ensuring the quality of the archive.
- You will assist with reprographics and mailing activities to ensure the smooth distribution of our external communications.
- As part of your duties in the facilities management department, you will play an active role in managing equipment and supplies (purchasing, storage, distribution, and recycling).
- Finally, you will monitor and track the service's activities (statistics, inventories, data updates, etc.).
Requirements
This position is for you if...- You are known for your accuracy and attention to detail—quality and precision are important to you.
- You have completed a business-related education (CFC or Maturität) and have experience in mail handling, archiving, and administrative support (knowledge of the banking sector would be an asset).
- You are a native French speaker, and your language skills enable you to accurately process documentation in German.
- You have a driver's license (which would be helpful) and are comfortable using computer tools.
- You are a dynamic and independent person who thrives on actively supporting the smooth operation of the organization.
