We are looking for a Gestionnaire en prévoyance professionnelle (80%) who will autonomously manage a portfolio of companies in the field of occupational pensions and provide information to clients and employers. The main tasks include processing pension cases, managing contributions and coordinating with the reinsurer.

Tasks
- Autonomous management of a portfolio of companies affiliated to AVENA - Fondation BCV 2nd Pillar in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Informing customers (insured persons, insurers and employers) about all aspects of pension provision
- Assumption of all tasks in connection with the occupational benefit scheme of the insured persons, from registration to departure (promotion of home ownership, divorce in the occupational benefit scheme, buy-back, pension, etc.)
- Treatment of incapacity for work in coordination with the Foundation's reinsurer
- Annual closing work, in particular the coordination between technical and accounting management
- Monitoring the payment of premiums invoiced to employers and managing disputes
Requirements
- Commercial training
- Initial experience in occupational pensions is an advantage
- Rigor, organization, communication skills and service orientation
- Perfect command of French, German is an advantage
