Manager of professional pension plans
As an independent occupational pension manager at BCV, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, advising policyholders and employers, and processing all pension benefits. The position requires a business education with experience in occupational pensions, strong organizational skills, and fluency in French and German.
Vos missions principales
- independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - Fondation BCV 2nd Pillar, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions,
- Provide information to clients (policyholders and employers) on all aspects of retirement planning,
- handle all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured individuals, from the time they enroll until they leave the plan (homeownership assistance, occupational pension plan contributions, buy-ins, retirement, etc.),
- complete the year-end closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting records,
- handle cases of inability to work or perform duties in coordination with the Foundation's reinsurer,
- Track the collection of contributions billed to employers and manage the dispute resolution process.
Votre profil
- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate as a specialist in pension provision or social insurance management is an advantage)
- rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, and sense of service
- fluency in French and German
