Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a Gestionnaire en prévoyance professionnelle for its Asset Management and Trading division to manage a portfolio of companies in the occupational pension sector. The main tasks include the independent management of portfolios, advising clients, and handling tasks related to occupational pensions.

Tasks
- Independently manage a portfolio of member companies within AVENA - BCV Foundation 2nd pillar, in accordance with regulatory and legal provisions.
- inform customers (insured persons and employers) about all aspects of pension provision,
- assume all tasks related to the occupational pension plans of insured persons, from their affiliation to their departure (encouragement of home ownership, divorce in occupational pension plans, buy-back, retirement, etc.),
- treating incapacities for work in coordination with the Foundation's reinsurer,
- perform annual closing tasks, including reconciliations between technical and accounting management,
- monitor the collection of contributions invoiced to employers and manage the dispute procedure.
Requirements
- Commercial training with proven experience in occupational pension provision (federal certificate as a specialist in pension provision or social insurance management is an advantage)
- rigor, organization, interpersonal skills, and sense of service
- Perfect command of French, English being an asset.
